Buying at FEPSA Online
Select the products you like best by browsing the different menus. You can add any product directly to your basket by clicking on the photo to see more details about the product. You can choose to continue shopping or finalise your purchase via the checkout. To finalise your purchase, you can do so if you are already registered or continue as a guest. Finally, select a shipping option, a payment method and confirm your order.
Security
For FEPSA, security at the time of purchase is paramount. The FEPSA website is committed to its visitors and protects their personal data by encrypting data transmission using a secure protocol (HTTPS://).

My Account
Registering
If you are a new customer, you can register at FEPSA.pt by going to the “Sign in” page, where you will need to fill in the required fields. If you have already created an account on FEPSA.pt and just want to start your session, go to the same page and just fill in your login and password, which you defined when you created your account.

Fill in the details in the bottom of our page to subscribe to our newsletters.
Forgotten password
If, for any reason, you forget your password, you can retrieve it in the “My Account” section. You will then be sent an e-mail with your new password.

Payment
Payment Methods
During the check out process you will be asked to choose a payment method to finalise your purchase. Payment methods may vary according to the country of dispatch. Below are the payment methods available at Fepsa.com:
PT: Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Multibanco, MBWay and Multibanco Transfer.

Card purchases may require verification by your bank due to the new European Standard (PSD2).
1. Check your mobile phone. You will receive a notification from your bank to authorise the payment.
2. Authorise the payment by following the instructions on your bank’s website.
3. Once the payment has been authorised, return to our website to finalise the purchase.
Currency
All orders are processed in the local currency of the country of purchase. Please note that if your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to debit the account will be automatically determined by the bank/PayPal and not by FEPSA.
Additional Fees
Due to different customs policies and import duties, it is not possible for FEPSA to anticipate the exact amount of taxes or additional costs that may be applied once the parcel arrives in the destination country. In case of doubt, the local services of the country in question should be contacted before the purchase is made, for a more accurate knowledge of possible duties and taxes to be applied.

Order tracking
You can always track the status of your orders via “My Account” in the “Orders” section.
Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled if its status is “Order Confirmed” or “Order in Process”. From the moment the order is dispatched from our warehouse, it will be treated as a return. To check this information, simply go to the “Orders” section in your account. If you are not registered, please contact us at fepsa@fepsa.pt.

During the peak sales season, delivery times may be longer than usual.

All our products have a detailed description of their composition and materials, available colours and information on sizes and measurements.
Product availability
Our items are replenished on a daily basis, so we can more effectively guarantee the continuous availability of our products online. If an item is no longer available for purchase on our website, it is most likely that it has sold out. In this case, out-of-stock items will be removed from our site immediately.

Defective product
FEPSA.pt only sells items that are in perfect condition. In exceptional circumstances where a faulty item is dispatched, please contact our customer service department.
